Hi! I'm Aviral, a Business Honors and Information Systems student at UT Austin.

I built Compline as a personal project to track expenses across multiple credit card apps in a single unified log. The core challenge was extracting structured data from screenshots, deduplicating against user history, and presenting insights in a simple, intuitive way.

Through this project, I became deeply interested in product design and user behavior. While AI has lowered the barrier to building, I’m focused on developing stronger product judgment: how to reduce friction, what to prioritize, and when simplicity matters more than added functionality.
